The energy and burn time test should really have been been separate experiments the test they performed during the show was adequate for burn time but not for energy content, the energy could have been measured using a bomb calorimeter to get a more accurate and precise measurement and it could have been compared with the outdoor tests to determine the efficiency, energy content and the burn time.

It is next to useless as you can ONLY GIVE to AB+... which is a rare type. The blood most blood banks want is O=. Since that blood can be given to ANYONE. Was the bridge award revoked after the failure? Granted, the design wasn't the problem. It was a failure to inspect and do maintenance. A bit of scaling to remove rust and paint. It's 2022, I'm amazed that the people in the crash aren't suing the city/state for incompetence. How old was the bridge? 1972 built, crash 2022 in litigious USA (with an ambulance chaser under every bridge), ~ 50 years. What was the design life for the bridge? With proper maintenance it should have lasted longer. Why wasn't the "decades old" problem identified during an earlier examination? Those huge "cancer" holes would have been obvious long before the failure! Because none were done, right?

There is formal blind scenario training available. Fox and rabbit themed with the rabbit on one side of a room about the size of a warehouse service bay and the fox on the other. It is acoustically and light isolated. With a complete blackout and sounds only coming from inside the walls the fox has to put their hand on the rabbit's left shoulder and no where else within 15 minutes. I have read of cases where both avoid each other for over 30 minutes which is utterly incredible. It's a lot harder than it sounds and I am missing a detail or two but it is very real training.
